Coaching for queer people on resilience, transition, and love

You've found your way here for a reason. Whether you're exploring your own gender journey, supporting someone you love through theirs, or seeking deeper understanding in your relationships, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Renée Randazzo, gender-affirming coach, is a woman with brown hair pulled back, standing on a beach at sunset. Tones of blue and white with the pinks of the setting sun create a color dynamic similar to the trans flag.

Meet Renée

Welcome! I’m Renée Randazzo. I work with people of all gender identities to explore gender issues, including coping with the stress of a transphobic political climate.

I help transgender people and their loved ones navigate emotional growth before, during, and beyond transitions.

What I believe

and constantly hope for
  • I believe we deserve a better world.

  • I believe that in a better world gender would be a realm of liberation, creativity, and joy.

  • I believe in your deeply felt self-knowledge.

  • I believe that you are worthy of love and respect as your affirmed self.

Why work with me?

I’m a cisgender queer, pansexual woman who’s spent much of my professional life in community with transgender people — as colleagues, friends, and clients.

I know how important it is, especially now, to choose providers who are safe, affirming, and trustworthy. That’s why I invite and welcome your questions about who I am and how I work.

After earning my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2014, I joined the Transgender Health Team at Fenway Health, where I worked closely with people navigating the beginning stages of hormone therapy and identity exploration.

That work shaped me deeply. I was honored to be part of those early conversations and learned far more than I taught.

For nearly a decade, I practiced as a licensed professional counselor with a focus on gender-affirming care. In 2024, I shifted to a coaching model — leaving behind the limitations of the medical system to create a space with more privacy, flexibility, and agency for the people I work with.

I don’t believe in fixing or pathologizing. I believe in co-creating healing, on your terms.
